Stenocereus

Found between southwestern USA to Mexico, they have to handle an immerse amount of sun, which obviously means heat. In growth, some are in columns and others are low rambling species. The cacti shown is Stenocereus thurberi, which has a common name called Organ Pipe Cactus and its habitat is from Arizona to Mexico. Sadly on my cacti there are no flowers to show as it has not happened.
